Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cedar Triad Holdings Ltd (“Omnixus,” “we,” “us”) handles the information you give us through this pre-launch website at omnixus.io. Omnixus is a B2B analytics platform that is not yet generally available; today this site exists solely to let interested companies join our pre-launch waitlist.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Cedar Triad Holdings Ltd, registered at Steliou Mavromati 21, 8549 Paphos, Cyprus. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@omnixus.io.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you submit through the waitlist form, plus a small amount of technical context attached to that submission. We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or cookies on this site.

Our hosting provider (see Section 5) processes standard server request data — such as your IP address and browser user-agent — in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to build a profile of you.

3. How we use it

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. Legal basis

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (given when you voluntarily submit the waitlist form) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and building a pre-launch audience. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).

5. Where your data is stored and who processes it

We use a small number of infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under their respective data-processing terms:

These providers may store and process data in the United States and the European Union. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until Omnixus launches and for a reasonable period afterward to complete onboarding, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. In any case, we keep waitlist information for no longer than 12 months after launch.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email privacy@omnixus.io and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If you are in the EU/UK and believe we have mishandled your data, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If the California CCPA/CPRA applies to you, note that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.

8. International transfers

If your data is transferred outside your home jurisdiction (for example, to a provider hosting in the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Children

This site is intended for business professionals in a regulated, age-restricted industry. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and our data practices evolve. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do, and for material changes affecting people already on the waitlist we will make reasonable efforts to notify them.
